What is EC-UV90-RP ?
Introducing Musashi Paint's environmentally-friendly paint : "EC-UV90-RP" is used in automobile interiors and helmets.
❶ UV1 coating can produce a deep high-gloss black color.
❷ Color development and performance are imparted with a UV curable type that is lower energy than heat curing.
– It is possible to reduce the process from a multi-layer coating finish of colored layer + UV clear to one coat.
– Since buffing is possible, it is possible to reduce the amount of defective product disposal.
