The headquarters building of Musashi Paint (in the picture) has been selected for the BEST COMMERCIAL BUILDING ARCHITECTURE DESIGN in the Asian Architecture Design Awards 2024.
It is an honor that the headquarters building, reflecting Musashi Paint’s mission to ‘Make the better world with the power of our colors & coating’ has been recognized internationally (in the Asian region). This award is a testament to our global brand recognition of our philosophy and efforts.

What is the Asian Architecture Design Award ?
The Asian Architecture Design Award was established to honor outstanding work in the field of architectural design.
The award is evaluated by a professional jury to recognize creativity, innovation, and inspiration in architecture, interior design, architectural product design, individual work, etc.
The theme for 2024 is “Emerging Asia,” celebrating the skill and exceptional imagination of diverse architects and designers from Asia. Winning this award will enhance the international brand recognition of the winner and increase global acknowledgment.

The journey of the architect, "The Challenges and Joys of Musashi Paint"
Based on the philosophy, “Make the better world with the power of our color and coating.” Musashi Paint has developed a special paint for the glass facade of its headquarters.
We believe that this project is an important mission to express the company’s philosophy, and we have taken on the new challenge of applying a high-weather-resistant and highly saturated gradient coating for large outdoor glass. As a result of our efforts, despite many failures, the headquarters building has been reborn as a structure shining in rainbow colors, as shown in the images. (Initially, it was a simple, ordinary building.)
A post from someone who saw this rainbow-colored building and felt that something good would happen’ went viral on social media and received much praise. During the development process, it is rare to hear directly from end users about their gratitude. However, this time I happened to hear their voices through social media.
It may only be for a moment, but we feel that we have had a positive impact on that person’s life, and we are very happy that our work has contributed to enriching the lives of people in society.
